Another great feature of the program is you never download the program, you work right from the internet so no huge files to take up space and you can access your files from any anywhere on any devise you choose. If you want two lines parallel with each other you press the parallel button, if you want two holes the same distance apart from one another as another two holes you just select them and press the equal button. Sure it has a learning curve just like they all do but the different controls just make sense. ![]() The controls just make sense for what you need to do. ![]() OnShape was designed for 3D printing and it's obvious as soon as you start using it. Thankfully I found OnShape (which is free software) and haven't looked back since. It was only later on that it had features incorporated in so it could be from what I understand. To me the controls just don't make sense and there's one big thing wrong with Sketchup, it was wasn't designed at the beginning to be used for 3D printing. I started out using Sketchup and fought and fought and fought with it for many months to get good results for my 3D prints. ![]()
